The bell is fine the delivery was crappy it a gift for my daughter who lives thousands of miles away. I ordered it with plenty of time. If you need get something in time USPS is not the way to go. They don't care if it doesn't make dead line. That bell was on time when you look at the tracking. It sat at the post office for days. Our daughter got it 7 days after her birthday.
