Marked delivered, never received. Reached out, no response for days. Reached out a second time, was told the bell would be shipped again, this time priority mail. Woohoo, except for the fact that four days later still no bell. Asked for tracking info and was given a tracking number that hadn't even been accepted by USPS? Wild, haven't had an experience that was this negative for a very long time. Will likely proceed with a chargeback as customer service has been unresponsive yet again.

super cute! the ringer stick did break off the bell like an hour after I gave it to him (it was just in his pocket/hand) but i was able to fix it so hoping it doesn’t fall once it’s on the bike
